Join us.\nYOUR IMPACT\nWe are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support a range of OpenText products used across the enterprise. This role combines technical expertise, analytical and strategic thinking, project leadership and effective communication to understand business requirements and deliver reliable IT solutions. The Senior Systems Analyst aligns business applications with complex business-process requirements, considers upstream and downstream impacts, solves complex problems and drives continuous improvement.\nWHAT THE ROLE OFFERS\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirements, solution designs, delivery plans, and scalable enterprise application solutions.\nAnalyze system integrations, dependencies, and upstream/downstream impacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver practical business outcomes.\nContribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation.\nProvide global support, administration, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, patching, and upgrades for enterprise applications, including OpenText Content Server and related technologies.\nLead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.\nManage critical incidents, system outages, and change, incident, and problem management activities in alignment with ITIL and organizational best practices.\nPartner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and successfully manage multiple initiatives and priorities.\nSupport enterprise security and compliance by maintaining security controls, participating in security reviews, addressing risks, and responding to security-related incidents.\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members while promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.\nDrive continuous improvement through process optimization, application enhancements, automation opportunities, innovation initiatives, and improvements to user experience, system performance, and operational effectiveness.\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of experience in system administration, technical support, enterprise applications, or a related technology function.\nProven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, application development, testing, implementation, and support within agile delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, performance tuning, and enterprise application support across on-premises and cloud-based environments.\nExperience applying ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and service management to ensure operational excellence.\nKnowledge of web applications, application integrations, workflow/BPM solutions, and collaboration with diverse business and technical stakeholders.\nTechnical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, reporting technologies, cloud platforms, operating systems (Windows/Unix), virtualization, containers, and data management concepts.\nExperience with process automation, web development, and enterprise application administration; Salesforce implementation, integration, or administration experience is considered a strong asset.\nPreferred qualification\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, build relationships, navigate challenging situations, and influence outcomes through empathy and persistence.\nGrowth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, mentoring, inclusive teamwork, cultural awareness, and incorporating feedback to enhance individual and team performance.\nOne Last Thing\nOpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.\nJoin us on our mission to drive positive change through privacy, technology, and collaboration.
