Our core work revolves around how audience segments are discovered, enriched, filtered, evaluated, and activated, so users can find and use the right audiences more effectively across different scaling\nFlexible working hours & remote work option\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems\nArchitect, create and deliver new features and functionality\nWork with Product to drive the requirements, and own the project end-to-end\nWork with Engineering and Product teams distributed across multiple locations\nAnalyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processes\nThink long-term and be unsatisfied with band-aids\nIdentify unnecessary complexity and remove it, analyze existing solutions\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years experience with building SaaS applications using Python\nExperience with databases system design, RDBMs (MySQL, Postgres) or NoSQL\nExperience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform\nDeep knowledge of cloud solutions, enabling the analysis of system architecture while taking potential costs into consideration (or alternatively, strong proficiency in another cloud platform).\nExperience with REST/GraphQL\nExperience with k8s, and Docker, CI/CD, SQL (BigQuery)\nCommunicative Polish and English\nDesired Characteristics:\nExperience with JS/TS and Java is nice to have\nExperience with Airflow and Cloud Composer\nCreating, maintaining, and modifying DAGs to orchestrate and automate data pipelines\nExperience working in digital media, marketing
