You’ll have opportunities to learn, experiment, and take ownership of your work.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nCreate and manage Influencer marketing campaigns from scratch for different markets.\n\nManage Influencer marketing agencies on daily basis\n\nBuild direct relationships with influencers. Plan and execute direct influencer marketing campaigns with key talents.\n\nCommunicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results.\n\nDo the monitoring and reporting of budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics.\n\nMonitor analytics dashboards and key reporting tools\n\nWrite Influencers briefs to define program KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.\n\nJob Requirements:\nPrior experience on managing or supporting Influencer marketing campaigns\n\nExcellent writing and communication skills in English.\n\nDeep understanding and familiarity with social media\n\nExperience with using digital marketing and analytics tools.\n\nAbility to create well-structured and understandable documentation, and supporting course materials\n\nResponsive, proactive, positive, open attitude and willingness to help people\n\nIt would be huge advantage if you have:\n\nAdditional European language skills like: Spanish, Polish, German, etc.\n\nPerformance marketing experience\n\nWork experience in fast moving, high growth companies is a plus.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\nFlat organizational structure with short decision-making processes that boost your creativity and drive\n\nA team of experienced and supportive individuals that fosters a friendly work atmosphere\n\nProfessional skill development\n\nA diverse and inclusive workplace\n\nSmart working technology\n\nInterested?\nWe are actively reviewing applications, so apply now!
