You’ll collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, help craft and amplify our PR stories, and engage directly with the media. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about browsers, obsessed with AI tools, and wants to be part of shaping how millions of users discover what we build.\nRole & Responsibilities:\nAssisting on day-today operations with PR, design, and event vendors across multiple countries.\n\nBuild and maintain well-structured spearsheets, assist with PR budget tracking and invoice processes.\n\nAssist in planning logistics for international press events, launches and interviews.\n\nTrack , analyze and report in detail on Opera´s media presence and sentiment across key markets.\n\nCollect data for campaigns reporting, market research and competitor analysis.\n\nContribute to press materials, Q&As, blog posts and campaign ideas.\n\nJob Requirements:\nA hands-on “doer” who thrives on solving logistical and operational challenges.\n\nComfortable writing emails, coordinating with stakeholders, and working with spreadsheets and data.\n\nEager to learn new things, whether it’s understanding how media works in LATAM or preparing a budget document for Legal.\n\nFamiliarity with Canva and Figma to collaborate with design teams, and create simple infographics.\n\nAble to take initiative, follow through on tasks, and effectively juggle multiple moving parts at once.\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\nAt Opera, you’ll join a diverse and inclusive team of experienced, supportive professionals who value creativity and collaboration.
