looking for a Crew Operator who will report directly to the Crew Manager and play an important role in supporting the efficient management of crew operations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate crew changes, including travel arrangements, visas, tickets, port agents and joining/repatriation logistics. \nSupport crew planning and monitor crew rotations to ensure timely and appropriate vessel manning. \nOrganize online interviews, briefing and debriefing sessions for seafarers of all nationalities. \nCoordinate joining formalities, visas, flag endorsements and other required documentation in cooperation with port and manning agents. \nSupport pre-employment arrangements, including visa applications and certification requirements. \nVerify and monitor seafarers' certificates, licenses, medicals, training records and other documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date seafarers' records in the Crew Management System. \nMonitor the validity and timely renewal of crew documentation and certification. \nEnsure the timely forwarding of crew-related documents and information to vessels. \nLiaise closely with vessels, manning agents and internal departments on crew-related operational matters. \nSupport the development and coordination of training plans, including onboard and ashore training of seafarers. \nSupport the collection and follow-up of crew performance evaluations and identified training and development needs. \nAssist in the preparation of crew-related reports, statistics and operational information. \nSupport the Crew Manager in maintaining compliance with applicable MLC, STCW, Flag State and Company requirements. \nCANDIDATE PROFILE\nBachelor's degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business Administration or a related field. \nMaster's degree will be considered an advantage. \nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in the shipping sector. \nVery good command of written and spoken English. \nGood knowledge of MS Office applications and strong digital literacy. \nFamiliarity with Danaos Crew module will be considered an advantage. \nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail. \nHigh sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple priorities. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with
