# Crew Operator

Venergy Marine Management LTD. is a dynamic, privately-owned shipping company headquartered in Piraeus, Greece. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Crew Operator who will report directly to the Crew Manager and play an important role in supporting the efficient management of crew operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate crew changes, including travel arrangements, visas, tickets, port agents and joining/repatriation logistics. Support crew planning and monitor crew rotations to ensure timely and appropriate vessel manning. Organize online interviews, briefing and debriefing sessions for seafarers of all nationalities. Coordinate joining formalities, visas, flag endorsements and other required documentation in cooperation with port and manning agents. Support pre-employment arrangements, including visa applications and certification requirements. Verify and monitor seafarers' certificates, licenses, medicals, training records and other documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
