We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nThe standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. the right place for you to grow your career.\nEssential Responsibilities\nRead and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.\nAssemble and build mail automation equipment according to engineering specifications.\nUse a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.\nIdentify and install mechanical components including bearings, pulleys, springs, gears, and related hardware.\nPerform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required specifications and standards.\nFollow established safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing practices.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nWork independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.\nSupport additional production and assembly activities as assigned.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive repair, construction, military maintenance, or a related hands-on field.\nExperience using hand tools and power tools.\nExperience reading assembly drawings, blueprints, or schematics.\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical assembly issues.\nTechnical school, vocational training, or related mechanical training.\n\nMechanical aptitude and ability to work with mechanical components and assemblies.\nAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, or mechanical instructions.\nAbility to recognize common machine components, including pulleys, bearings, springs, and gears.\nAbility to identify and work with hardware such as screws, bolts, nuts, washers, and snap rings.\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nAbility to work overtime and weekends as required.\nSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.\nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nWork is performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\nAbility to maneuver throughout the work area, including confined spaces around equipment.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods as required.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to reach overhead and forward while assembling equipment.\nAbility to safely use hand tools and power tools.\nHourly rate $17-20, based on
