In this role the employee will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating Project installation activities in order to complete active construction projects. The employee will establish and monitor different goals throughout the project that can include procuring items, inventory monitoring, shipping schedules and project needs determined by Project Manager. Our state of the art warehouse automation product line, is a robotic goods-to-person technology for automating the picking process within warehouse and distribution centers (https://www.warehouseautomation.com/).\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupport Project Manager with project tasks \nWork closely with our engineering, production and installation teams to establish and execute the successful completion of warehouse automation installation projects.\nDevelop and schedule project tasks in timely manner\nWork with key outside vendors to align delivery of goods\nKeep in close communication with installation Crew\nRecognize unexpected costs \nWork with all departments within company for timeliness of activities to be completed\nPlan the shipping of materials from Manufacturing to Shipping manager\nEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team\nKeep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact schedule \nOther responsibilities as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordinator role\nCollege degree, preferably in a related field\nStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills \nAble to oversee multiple projects\nExperience with organizing large projects \nAble to read CAD drawings\nProficiency in the MS Office Suite of products\nKnowledge of machinery and basic building terms\nEffective communication skills;
