Including maintaining and managing content within the DMA Learning Management System (LMS). This position is based at our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and delivery of training for field service technicians, support and production teams (in-person and virtual).\nDevelop and maintain training materials including work instructions, student guides, and hands-on exercises.\nPartner with support teams, engineering, and production to identify skill gaps and training needs.\nSupport onboarding and ongoing development of technicians and operators.\nEvaluate training effectiveness and update content based on process or product changes.\nMaintain and manage content within the DMA Learning Management System (LMS).\nQualifications\nExperience as a Technical Trainer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nStrong ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment (voltmeter), or electromechanical systems.\nExperience with instructional design and adult learning principles.\nExperience with LMS platforms (Moodle Workplace preferred) and standard training tools.\nStrong communication, organization, and presentation skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and training/content development tools. \nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience.\nRelevant technical certifications (e.g., A+, industrial, or equipment-specific) a plus.\nPreferred\nExperience training field service technicians, support and production teams.\nAbility to incorporate real-world troubleshooting and use cases into training.\nSalary is $64,000 -
