We are looking for a Content Specialist to join the OpiniQ marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing the company’s content, as well as managing and growing the profiles of OpiniQ’s key experts and clients. Your role will be to turn the expertise of the company and its employees into strong, professional, and engaging content that increases brand awareness, strengthens OpiniQ’s position as an industry expert, and supports the company’s marketing goals. We are looking for a specialist who can not only write well, but also independently identify relevant topics, dive deep into complex subject areas, collaborate with experts, and create content that addresses specific marketing objectives.

We provide work permit arrangements but do not offer relocation assistance!

Responsibilities:

Corporate Content

  • Create content for LinkedIn and other OpiniQ social media.
  • Write articles, expert materials, case studies, research, guides, and other content formats.
  • Create website copy.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare materials for exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Edit and update existing content.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure regularity of publications.
  • Suggest new topics, formats, and content categories.
  • Expert Profile Management
  • Manage and develop profiles of key OpiniQ experts and representatives, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Develop a content approach for each expert, taking into account their role, expertise, and individual communication style.
  • Build and strengthen the personal brand of experts.
  • Conduct interviews with experts and turn their knowledge, experience, and ideas into high-quality content.
  • Prepare publications, articles, comments, and other materials on behalf of experts.
  • Maintain the individual Tone of Voice of each expert.
  • Develop content categories and topics for regular publications.
  • Monitor relevant industry topics and identify opportunities for experts to participate in professional discussions.
  • Analyze publication results and improve the content approach.

Thought Leadership

  • Develop the expert presence of OpiniQ and its representatives in the professional environment.
  • Identify topics in which company experts can demonstrate strong and unique expertise.
  • Create content with original points of view, analysis, and professional insights.
  • Work with trends, research, news, and current market discussions.
  • Develop the presence of experts in professional and industry communications.
  • SEO and Content Effectiveness
  • Create SEO-optimized content.
  • Conduct keyword research and search demand analysis.
  • Optimize existing materials.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of content and publications.
  • Track key metrics: reach, engagement, clicks, CTR, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
  • Use data to improve the content strategy.

Research

  • Research the market, target audience, and competitors.
  • Monitor trends in iGaming and other relevant industries.
  • Identify current topics and news opportunities.
  • Conduct research before preparing content.
  • Independently immerse yourself in new topics and products.
  • AI and Content Process Development
  • Use AI tools for research, idea generation, content preparation, editing, and optimization.
  • Use AI to adapt one piece of content to different formats and channels.
  • Develop an efficient content creation process using modern tools.
  • Check AI-generated content and ensure its accuracy, quality, and compliance with the Tone of Voice.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience creating content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn will be a strong advantage.
