Sales Manager

We are looking for an active and outgoing candidate who is eager to develop in Sales and Business Development and is not afraid to proactively approach new clients and partners. We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, quick to learn, and comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and networking. The role will also involve combining sales responsibilities with supporting the manager, including organizational and coordination tasks when needed. Experience in B2B sales, fintech, payments, iGaming, or related industries would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and partners.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and industry events.
• Handle initial communication with potential clients and partners.
• Participate in meetings, calls, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Maintain and regularly update the lead database.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with new people.
• Good command of English.
• Strong motivation to develop in Sales / Business Development and learn quickly.
• Responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain confident and composed in unfamiliar and stressful situations.Nice to have:
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management.
• Experience in B2B, Fintech, Payments, Forex, or iGaming.
• Experience communicating with business owners and senior executives.
• Knowledge of payment solutions such as PSP, acquiring, EMI, and crypto payments.
