You will work closely with developers and technical stakeholders, providing architectural direction, reviewing technical implementations, and helping the team solve complex technical challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nIN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and integrated systems.\n\nDefine technical architecture and solution designs based on business and technical requirements.\n\nEstablish architecture patterns and best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.\n\nDesign and oversee integrations between Power Platform and external systems using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and other integration technologies.\n\nDefine and maintain security architecture, including roles, permissions, access control, and data security.\n\nDevelop Power Platform environment strategies, including environment structure, governance, configuration, and separation between development, testing, and production.\n\nDefine and implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies across Power Platform environments.\n\nWork with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes to support reliable application delivery and deployment.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Power Platform developers.\n\nReview technical designs, code, configurations, and implementations to ensure alignment with architectural standards.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, scalability concerns, and opportunities for improvement.\n\nSupport developers in solving complex technical and integration challenges.\n\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, technical leads, and other architects throughout the solution lifecycle.\n\nProduce and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, diagrams, and design decisions.\n\nStay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.\n\nIF YOU ARE\n8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or a closely related technical role.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.\n\nProven experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.\n\nStrong expertise in Dataverse and Power Platform architecture.\n\nStrong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\nSolid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based architectures.\n\nStrong experience designing and implementing system integrations, APIs, and custom connectors.\n\nStrong understanding of security architecture, identity, authentication, authorization, and data access.\n\nExperience defining Power Platform environment strategies and governance approaches.\n\nStrong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and deployment strategies for Power Platform.\n\nExperience working with Azure DevOps.\n\nAbility to provide technical leadership and guidance to developers.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to balance business requirements with technical constraints and recommend pragmatic solutions.\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nPL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification.\n\nExperience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).\n\nExperience with React or modern frontend technologies.\n\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.\n\nExperience with Azure integration services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, or similar.\n\nExperience establishing Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence practices.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nAS AN OPINOV8R, YOU WILL HAVE\nDigital-First Approach: Great talent knows no borders!
