You should also be comfortable working around front-end, back-end coding languages, or mobile application development.\nWhat you will be doing\nWork as a senior member of an Agile/Scrum development team, consistently meeting sprint commitments and contributing to process improvements.\nDesign, develop, and deliver complex software features, ensuring code quality through robust unit and integration testing.\nSolve challenging engineering problems across multiple platforms, applying advanced technical skills to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements to propose effective, efficient, and forward-thinking solutions.\nTake ownership of technical components, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and reliability.\nContribute to architectural discussions and codebase improvements that have long-term impact on product quality and engineering efficiency.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, DevOps, QA, Front-end, Mobile, Back-end, Client) to ensure smooth delivery of features and enhancements.\nProvide peer-to-peer mentorship, sharing knowledge, coding best practices, and architectural insights with other engineers.\nContinuously evaluate and adopt emerging frameworks, tools, and practices to enhance development workflows and product capabilities.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies, offering constructive input during sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.\nYou\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields\n4+ years of software development under agile methodologies experience\nFor front-end, experience in one or more of the front-end programming languages, having strong knowledge in React, Next.js is a plus\nFor back-end, experience in one or more of the back-end programming languages, having strong knowledge in Node.js, Java/Spring Boot is a plus\nFor mobile, experience in one or more of the mobile programming languages, having strong knowledge in React Native is a plus\nExperience in one or more database management systems\nExperience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)\nExperience in implementing CI/CD and its best practices\nExperience in interacting and coordinating software development activities within a team\nCommunicate within an international team effectively\nExplain technical context to business users effectively\nGood command of English (Speaking, Writing, and Reading)\nGood conceptual and analytical skills -
