We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer who wants to help turn those ideas into useful, reliable tools.\nRole Summary\n\n Contribute to a product research initiative that builds and scales AI-enabled workflows and internal tools for Oracle business units.\n\n Turn internal business needs into structured, testable solutions that improve how work gets done.\n\n Create a practical, responsible path for AI adoption through visible, well-organized delivery.\n\n Bring clear, creative thinking, strong problem framing, and disciplined technical judgment.\nWhat you will do\n\n Build state-aware AI automations, scripts, internal tools, and workflow components that preserve context and support clear handoffs.\n\n Turn standard operating procedures into usable handoffs, documentation, and AI-enabled workflow designs; prototype practical use cases for everyday work.\n\n Work fluently with LLMs and their artifacts - prompts, system instructions, evaluations, retrieval configurations, knowledge sources, and generated outputs - while validating quality and reliability.\n\n Consult directly with Oracle business units, using adoption metrics and personalized conversations to guide change and improve outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications\n\n Degree in AI, machine learning, computer science, data science, philosophy, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n Strong programming and computer science foundations, including data structures, algorithms, and dynamic programming.\n\n Working knowledge of ML and LLM applications, linear algebra, matrices and tensors, visualization, numerical computation, and model evaluation.\n\n Ability to structure ambiguous work, manage priorities, communicate clearly, and apply sound judgment when using AI tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Experience with Git, cloud platforms, databases, REST APIs, MCPs, command-line tools, and LLM application development.\n\n Experience with GPU-based computation, directed acyclic graph workflows, development operations, or AI workflow automation.\n\n Experience with repository and artifact management, documentation systems, agile delivery, or high-volume work management.\n\n Experience translating processes into handoffs, supporting technology adoption, or advising internal business stakeholders.\nWhat Success Looks like\n\n Deliver well-scoped AI-enabled improvements independently and maintain a clear, structured work plan.\n\n Help Oracle business units identify credible AI use cases and translate operating procedures into clear handoffs.\n\n Build repeatable patterns for LLM-enabled workflows, documentation, and responsible AI adoption.\n\n Use adoption measures and stakeholder conversations to improve how solutions are understood and used.\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum.
