organization.\nIn this role, you will work closely with the Alliances & Channels team, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and regional cloud architects to support the technical onboarding, integration, and publication of partner solutions.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an early-career cloud professional looking to expand their expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud architecture, and partner ecosystems while contributing to cloud adoption and business growth across Latin America.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical guidance and support to ISV partners throughout the process of publishing their solutions on Oracle Cloud Marketplace.\nAssist partners with technical onboarding, solution configuration, validation, and Marketplace listing requirements.\nCollaborate closely with the Alliances & Channels team to support partner enablement and technical readiness.\nWork with OCI architects and technical specialists, including US-based colleagues, to troubleshoot issues and facilitate solution publication.\nSupport basic cloud infrastructure configurations and help partners understand OCI services and deployment requirements.\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.\nMaintain technical documentation, track partner onboarding progress, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.\nContinuously develop knowledge of OCI technologies, cloud infrastructure, automation.\n Minimum Qualifications\nBasic working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including fundamental cloud concepts such as compute, storage, networking, and security.\nBasic understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment concepts.\nStrong interest in cloud technologies, technical problem-solving, and partner-facing activities.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.\nGood communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.\nBasic working proficiency in English, sufficient to communicate with a US-based architect and understand technical documentation.\nWillingness to learn new technologies, tools, and cloud services.\n Preferred Qualifications\nOCI Foundations or other Oracle Cloud certifications.\nBasic knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nExposure to OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud Marketplace or other cloud marketplaces.\nUnderstanding of cloud solution deployment, software packaging, or application integration.\nExperience working with ISVs, technology partners, or cloud ecosystem teams.\nBasic proficiency in Spanish to facilitate collaboration with Latin American Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
