integration and alignment across interfacing programs and projects \nSupport development of program-level briefings, documentation, and decision-support materials \nDrive operational consistency through development of repeatable PMT processes and best practices \nPartner with customer stakeholders and internal Oracle organizations to support successful program delivery \nEnsure timely delivery of contractual deliverables and overall program commitments \nLead internal and external collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities \nSupport program governance, operational reporting, financial tracking, and strategic planning activities \n Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience \nActive security clearance (required) \nDemonstrated experience managing cloud or infrastructure programs for Public Sector customers. \nStrong understanding of cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud delivery models \nExperience supporting PMT-level program execution and governance activities \nProven ability to communicate effectively with senior customer and industry stakeholders \nStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills \nExperience working within complex, highly matrixed delivery organizations \nPMP or similar program management certification preferred \nExperience working within large system integrator or consulting organizations. \nStrong understanding of cloud operations, sustainment, and transition-to-operations models. \nExperience supporting mission-critical or highly regulated customer environments. \nAbility to identify opportunities for customer expansion, operational improvement, and strategic account growth. \nLocation:\nThis position is based in
