platform enabling robot registration, identity, fleet management, mission orchestration, telemetry, digital twins, and software lifecycle management. \nEstablish common APIs, service contracts, SDKs, and edge service frameworks that support robots from multiple vendors. \nLead AI-driven Engineering\nLead the development of an AI-assisted, spec-driven robot onboarding platform where AI generates reviews, customer engagements, and strategic technology initiatives. \nMinimum Qualifications\nBS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field. \n12+ years of experience building distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software platforms. \n5+ years of engineering management experience leading multiple software engineering teams. \nProven experience defining and delivering large-scale cloud platforms from concept to production. \nStrong technical background in distributed systems, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices. \nDemonstrated success hiring and scaling engineering organizations. \nOutstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
