The data platform team (Oracle Health Data Services - OHDS) is foundational to software products being built and serves the critical role of transforming, enriching, persisting and serving large-scale health and life sciences data for AI agentic and application use cases.\nThe OHDS team is looking for a Lead Principal Technical Program Manager to lead critical large programs to successful delivery. In this role you will partner with senior management and stakeholders across the org to align priorities and goals by understand the business needs and using your technical knowledge. You will lead highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs from planning through execution by defining scope, milestones, and delivery plans that support business objectives. You will drive execution across multiple teams, proactively managing dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes. This role also requires establishing and evolving program management best practices to improve execution, optimize processes, and drive transformational change across the organization. As a technical liaison, you will foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholder groups while providing expert technical guidance to advance automation and reporting capabilities. You will partner with engineering teams to develop scalable dashboards, forecasts, models, and insights that enable data-driven decisions and long-term program success.\n Key Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of highly complex, cross-organizational technical programs that align with business strategy and engineering objectives.\nDefine program scope, milestones, roadmaps, resource plans, and success metrics while managing dependencies across multiple engineering and business teams.\nDevelop and execute technical program strategies that ensure scalable, secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of products and services.\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and critical issues, serving as the executive escalation point to drive timely resolution.\nPartner with senior leaders, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, influence decisions, and ensure successful program execution.\nEstablish and drive program governance, including status reporting, executive communications, KPI tracking, forecasting, and program health reviews.\nLead organizational change management efforts by managing evolving priorities, scope, schedules, and resource allocation to support business objectives.\nDrive operational excellence by defining and implementing program management best practices, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.\nChampion data-driven decision making by leading the development and automation of dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and analytics that improve program visibility and execution.\nGuide technical strategy and delivery standards to ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, compliance, scalability, and reliability requirements.\nMentor and provide strategic guidance to program managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance execution.\nBuild strong partnerships with executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and technical liaison for high-impact initiatives.\nLead post-delivery reviews, measure business outcomes, and use data and lessons learned to continuously improve program performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nContribute to organizational capability by driving innovation, sharing industry best practices, and supporting talent development through coaching, hiring, and knowledge sharing.\n Disclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum.
