It is a dynamic and flexible workplace where you’ll belong and be encouraged.\nWho are we looking for?\nIn this Lead Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working across a multi-functional team that understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through planning and designing technical solutions to solve the business’s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.\nYou will define project scopes, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; handle risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.\nYou will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.\nYou will collaborate closely with partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.\nYou should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to implement both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.\nYou have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.\nJob Requirements:\nExcellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineering staff at all levels including the executive level.\nSolid analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills with an ability to handle competing demands.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of business need with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.\nStrong experience of software development process models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.\nStrong skills to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.\nExperience with technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentation and technical documentation.\nAbility to effectively represent engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.\nAbility to work across and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures.\nWork as a lead contributor individually, and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others as needed/requested.\nDrive other obligations management duties, as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.\n12+ years of experience as hands-on technical project / program manager; preferably in a related industry.\nAdvanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development and experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n12+ years of project management, product design or related experience. \nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent work experience\nThorough understanding of public cloud infrastructure services, such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking.\nExperience in the healthcare industry and / or electronic medical records systems.\nDemonstrated knowledge of OCI or AWS, Azure, Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.\nDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.\nRange and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only\nUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum.
