Maintain configuration records, operating procedures, and support documentation.\nDuties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large distributed computing environment, including enterprise storage administration and support. Knowledge of SAN/NAS infrastructure, storage arrays, Fibre Channel, zoning, provisioning, RAID, fiber connectivity, SFP transceivers, and data protection fundamentals. Experience with Brocade SAN technology and HPE and Dell storage arrays.
