We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber/UberEats, DoorDash, DiDi, Planet Fitness, and many others.\nJob description\nWe are currently looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Operations Manager to join our US/CAN Operations Team.\nThe Junior Operations Manager will support the day-to-day operations of our US/CAN markets, working closely with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.\nThe role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to take ownership of operational projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple markets and collaborate with different teams while helping improve operational processes and campaign performance.\nResponsibilities\n\nOperations & Campaign Management\nCoordinate the day-to-day operations of campaigns across US/CAN markets\nWork closely with local teams to ensure campaigns are executed according to plan\nMonitor campaign timelines, operational requirements, and key deliverables\nEnsure operational activities remain on time and within the agreed budget\nCoordinate logistics between cities and ensure teams have the resources needed to operate effectively\nMonitor inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment when needed\nIdentify operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly\nSupport new market and campaign launches\nPerformance & Data\nMonitor key operational KPIs and ensure accurate and timely data collection\nMaintain and update operational dashboards and trackers using Google Sheets\nAnalyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs\nSupport campaign optimization by identifying trends, issues, and areas for improvement\nPrepare regular performance updates and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders\nUse data to support operational decision-making and process improvements\nTeam & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate and support field teams across multiple US/CAN markets\nProvide ongoing guidance and operational support to team members and trainees\nBuild strong working relationships with Operations, Customer Success, HR, and other internal teams\nCommunicate regularly with clients and provide clear updates on campaign performance and operational progress\nSupport customer-related operational needs in collaboration with the Customer Success team\nWork closely with Legal and other internal teams to ensure operational activities remain compliant\nProcess Improvement & Projects\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, communication, and workflows\nTake ownership of operational projects from planning through execution\nWork closely with senior management on operational planning and process improvements\nSupport the development and implementation of new tools and processes\nCollaborate with the Technology team to communicate operational needs and support the rollout of new solutions\nSupport recruitment and onboarding activities for operational team members when required\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, management, or a similar role\nPrevious experience working in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred\nAdvanced written and spoken English\nStrong experience with Google Sheets/Google Spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with data and operational metrics\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients\nComfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects from planning through execution\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities as the company grows\nBenefits\nMonthly pay in USD + yearly bonus\nPossibility to grow quickly in the company for high performers \nWork in a very successful bootstrapped company, no investors yet! \nFlexible PTO (10 days)\nInterested?
