Je bent onze social mediabaas én onderhoudt relaties met influencers, media en licensors. Het doel: zorgen dat Oppo Merchandise Group (of één van onze merken) zichtbaar is op de juiste plekken én bij de juiste mensen.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe beheert de social mediakanalen, plant de contentkalender in, herkent trends en kansen, en zet gerichte PR-campagnes op die passen bij onze merkidentiteit. Je denkt strategisch mee over merkpositionering en bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen. Van het uitwerken van een social mediastrategie tot het coördineren van influencer seedings of het afstemmen van lanceringen met licensors en andere stakeholders: jij weet hoe je zichtbaarheid creëert.\nOpbouwen, onderhouden en plannen van relaties met influencers, media, stylisten en licensors;\n\nBeheren van doorlopende en seizoensgebonden sociale media-uitingen en -campagnes;\n\nCoördineren van online lanceringen, influencer seedings en samenwerkingstrajecten met externe partners;\n\nBeheren en (laten) creëren van marketing content die gepubliceerd wordt op zowel sociale media als PR-doeleinden (denk aan lookbooks, persmateriaal en collab posts);\n\nOp high-level rapporteren over zichtbaarheid, groei, bereik en de impact van PR-, influencer- en social campagnes.\n\nJouw skills:\nJe ziet overal mogelijkheden voor het aangaan van samenwerkingen;\n\nJe bent een zeer proactieve doener (je hoeft de boeken over theoretische marketing- en communicatiemodellen niet uit je hoofd te kennen, zolang je maar weet hoe je het inzet);\n\nJe weet goed hoe influencer- en collaboration marketing werkt;\n\nJe bent goed in ‘storytelling’ en hebt gevoel voor nieuwswaarde;\n\nJe hebt actuele kennis van alle populaire sociale mediakanalen en trends;\n\nJe beschikt over commercieel inzicht en hebt ervaring met het managen van relaties;\n\nBij voorkeur een diploma in communicatie, marketing of een gerelateerde opleiding;\n\n1-3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie;\n\nSterke schriftelijke en mondelinge
