This role focuses on routine billing tasks, cash application, customer follow ups, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider finance team with general AR administration. The position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a shared services environment.\nEssential Functions Performed by the Position\nCreates and sends invoices to customers\nHelps with simple adjustments (credit/debit notes)\nKeeps customer records organised and up to date\nSupports month-end tasks (e.g. checking reports and data)\nRecords customer payments (bank transfer, card, cheque, )\nMatches payments to the correct invoices and keeps daily payment records accurate\nFlags any issues (e.g. missing or short payments)\nSends payment reminders and statements to customers\nTracks customer responses and update the system\nEscalates overdue or problem accounts to senior staff\nRuns standard reports (e.g. aged debt, unpaid cash)\nMaintains spreadsheets and trackers\nExperience:\n1-2 years in admin, finance, or AR (preferred)\nExperience with SAP, NetSuite, or Sage is helpful\nCrane Authentication is part of Crane NXT\nWe value diversity at our company.
