Ensure that these systems are sustained using audits and Gembas.\nEnsure that assigned projects are executed in time, to plan and within set budgets.\nEnsure the maximum availability of production facilities through the effective utilization of engineering labour, equipment and materials.\nEnsure that preventive maintenance is carried out thoroughly, as per schedule and on time.\nMaintain an in-depth and up to date knowledge of the extent of major breakdowns and progress of works. Be able to assess the likely condition, duration and completion time for major breakdowns and report to his manager.\nEnsures a safe and healthy workplace, including the promotion of the environmental, health and safety standards, integrated management systems and any other relevant initiatives.\nCoach/Train, Maintenance/Operations personnel to introduce new systems/techniques allowing the smooth progression towards an operational excellence team.\nCommunicates in form of report, presentations and other means when required.\nProvides technical documentation for new projects, installations and/or modifications.\nLiaise directly with OEM and generic suppliers.\nGeneration of SOPs and Work Instructions where necessary capturing vital information regarding maintenance interventions.\nFacilitate continuous improvement exercises while promoting team integration and participation.\nTake initiatives to undergo any relevant training courses\nComplete goals defined at all levels (individual, team, site & corporate)\nAttendance of self\nReport and contribute to resolving Safety and Security near miss reports.\nOrganize and support in training of new candidates and provide requested information to promote team building.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification and 2 years manufacturing experience\nAbility to be flexible and effective in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment \nExperience in lean manufacturing, 5S methods, CI leadership style with an analytical mindset\nTechnical aptitude, either formal or experiential.\nHands-on approach and go to person for their team.\nDemonstrated experience in AM/PM and Focused Improvement.\nQuality assurance awareness and problem-solving acumen.\nExcellent technical report writing and presentation skills.\nAbility to work in a high-pressure environment.\nAbility to ensure compliance to company procedures.\nGood communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nRead/Write technical standard operating procedures.\nDemonstrate coaching skills.\nHSE and Security acumen.\nPositive attitude with a desire to develop.\nContinuous Improvement drive\nFlexibility and adaptability as required by the business needs.\nSense of urgency and initiative.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nCrane Authentication is an Equal Employment Opportunity organization.
