As part of our growth we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Ho Chi Minh City where you will be part of a global team fighting fraud and piracy!
Position Summary & Objective
The Customer Service Executive serves as the main contact to resolve customer issues and foster a positive relationship between the customers and the company.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position
- To respond and ensure customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- To coordinate with the sales team, other departments, suppliers, and other ticket centers to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met.
- To handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard.
- To communicate with the sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customer and to maintain updated customer profile information.
- To proactively share product/system knowledge gained through experience to improve quality.
- To prepare proforma invoices for Prepaid Customer, track the payment and inform the accounting Dept. to release the order to customer.
- To take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.
- To provide information about products and services and respond to questions and complaints professionally.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions made in connection with his/her work.
Position Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Not Mandatory
Experience:
- At least one year’s experience in a customer facing role.
- At least one year’s experience in the garment/textile/sportswear industry.
Certifications/Licenses:
- None.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English.
- Foreign language proficiency by location.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Customer/supplier liaising skills.
- Effective communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing, to respond to the customer clearly and accurately.
- Understand customers’ needs and concerns to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Good interpersonal skills. Be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
- Able to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions.
Physical Characteristics and Demands
This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
