We are an integral part of Crane NXT, a c$2 billion dollar business with over 5,000 associates\nAs part of our growth we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant in Ho Chi Minh City where you will be part of a global team fighting fraud and piracy!\nPosition Summary & Objective\nThe Customer Service Executive serves as the main contact to resolve customer issues and foster a positive relationship between the customers and the company.\nEssential Functions Performed by the Position\nTo respond and ensure customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.\nTo coordinate with the sales team, other departments, suppliers, and other ticket centers to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met.\nTo handle customer complaints according to the company procedures and service standard.\nTo communicate with the sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of the customer and to maintain updated customer profile information.\nTo proactively share product/system knowledge gained through experience to improve quality.\nTo prepare proforma invoices for Prepaid Customer, track the payment and inform the accounting Dept. to release the order to customer.\nTo take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments.\nTo provide information about products and services and respond to questions and complaints professionally.\nResponsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions made in connection with his/her work.\nPosition Qualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree is preferred. Not Mandatory \nExperience:\nAt least one year’s experience in a customer facing role.\nAt least one year’s experience in the garment/textile/sportswear industry.\nCertifications/Licenses:\nNone.\nLanguage Proficiency:\nFluent in English.\nForeign language proficiency by location.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nCustomer/supplier liaising skills.\nEffective communication skills in listening, speaking, and writing, to respond to the customer clearly and accurately.\nUnderstand customers’ needs and concerns to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible.\nRespond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.\nGood interpersonal skills.
