customer insights across AI accelerators, optical networking, high-speed interconnects, and semiconductor markets to inform product strategy.\nCross-Functional Leadership:\nLead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.\nWork closely with the wider technology team and other departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment of product initiatives\nEstablish product management processes, governance, and prioritisation frameworks.\nLead product planning, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting.\nStakeholder data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise product features and strategies.\nRequisitos\n EssentialDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Photonics, or a related technical discipline.\n15+ years' Product Management or Product Leadership experience within AI infrastructure, networking, photonics, semiconductors, HPC, or other deep\u0002tech industries.\nProven track record of defining product strategy and commercialising complex hardware and platform technologies.\nStrong understanding of AI infrastructure, networking architectures, high-speed I/O interfaces (e.g. PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, InfiniBand), photonics, and semiconductor technologies.\nExperience translating advanced R&D into market-ready products and leading the full product lifecycle.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience in product strategy, go-to-market, pricing, and customer engagement.\nProven leadership of high-performing product teams with excellent executive stakeholder management.\nDesirable\nMaster's degree, PhD, or MBA.\nExperience within a start-up or scale-up environment.\nKnowledge of cloud infrastructure, AI accelerators, or Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs).\nExperience working with hyperscalers, strategic technology partnerships, or enterprise customers.\nExposure to fundraising, investor engagement, or Board-level strategy.\nPersonal
