This is how Optasia turns potential into financial progress, responsibly and at scale.\nThe Information Security Analyst primary objective is to work as a member of the Information Security Team and assist Optasia to enforce and monitor all required Security Controls that protect our Data from all newest threats.\nWhat you will do\nAssist in Technical Projects, by proposing and deploying appropriate security controls and solutions \nAudit Systems and Infrastructures, to ensure that security controls are correctly applied\nAnalyze Security Alerts and respond to Security Incidents \nSupport the Vulnerability Management Program, by analyzing VA and PenTest results, to define mitigation actions\nParticipate in Customer initiated Audits \nBuild and monitor Awareness training campaigns \nManage the deployed Security Platforms \nWhat you will bring\nUniversity Degree in Computer Science or related field \nMinimum 2 years of Information Security industry experience \nUnderstanding of the ISO/IEC 27001 Requirements and their practical implementation\nKnowledge of Information Security tools and methods (i.e. Port Scanners, VA Scanners, SIEM Tools, PAM, DLP)\nExperience with MS Security Platforms (i.e. MS Defender, MS Intunes) \nKnowledge of Network Security Concepts (i.e. Network Segregation, DMZ, Private VLANs, IPSec) \nKnowledge of the Internet Threat landscape (phishing, ransomware, APT, etc.)\nExperience in working with both of MS Windows and Linux Environments \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English)\nYour key attributes\nExperience with Code Review Tools (i.e. SonarQube, Dependency Check)\nExperience in auditing MS Windows Architectures (i.e. AD Group Policy, Users /Roles).\nExperience with Python and MS Powershell for automation\nWhy Optasia?\nOptasia is a high-growth, AI-powered financial infrastructure platform serving over 432 million users in emerging markets across Africa and Asia.
