Active Directory, endpoint management systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and security standards, enabling staff, partners, and stakeholders to operate efficiently and securely.\nWhat you will do\nLead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft-based systems for scalability, security, and performance.\nTake ownership of Windows and Azure architecture decisions, contributing to long-term infrastructure strategy and roadmap planning.\nDesign and manage enterprise Active Directory environments, including GPO governance and identity management.\nAdminister and optimize Windows Server 2022 / 2025 environments.\nManage and enhance Microsoft Intune for endpoint lifecycle management, compliance enforcement, and secure device provisioning.\nArchitect and support Azure environments, including identity, networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\nAct as a technical authority during critical incidents: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Microsoft-related production issues under pressure.\nDrive automation initiatives using PowerShell and Azure-native tools to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational reliability.\nEstablish and enforce system hardening, compliance standards, and Microsoft security best practices (CIS, NIST, etc...).\nAdminister and support collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket, ensuring integration with infrastructure workflows.\nMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives.\nEvaluate and introduce new Microsoft technologies to enhance system resilience and performance.\nWhat you will bring\n7+ years of proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar senior-level role focused on Microsoft technologies.\nBSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field will be considered a plus.\nDeep expertise with Windows Server 2022 / 2025 administration and optimization.\nStrong experience with Active Directory.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint security management.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure.\nStrong PowerShell scripting skills and automation mindset.\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.\nProven track record of building secure, highly available Microsoft infrastructures.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket administration and integration.\nStrong incident management and root cause analysis capabilities.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring engineers.\nFluent English (both written and
