The candidate will be responsible for the delivery, quality, people and client delight, process compliance, and daily operations of his / her assigned client projects.\nThey are expected to develop and execute a delivery management plan aligning to the agreed-upon growth goals as per the baselined Global Account Management Plan.\nThe candidate is expected to work out of the Bangalore office constantly collaborating with the Program Manager, Sales team to achieve client delight, mitigate any competition risk and develop the organization's competence. This role will be reporting to the Senior Vice President or Vice President.\n\nResponsibilities and Duties\nDelivery management\nAdherence to the committed timelines for all the project deliverables through efficient planning and effective monitoring and tracking\nAccountable for quality of deliverables and ensuring no defects are found in UAT and production.\nEnsuring that the project is 100% compliant to the pre-defined AIDLC process and the identified metrics pertaining to schedule, quality, effort and cost\nEnsuring that the best practices pertaining to all AIDLC activities are implemented and followed\nEnsuring zero deviation in providing the status report to all stakeholders\nTechnically leading the team for project execution\nPeople Management\nManage and provide consultant care for offshore delivery members.\nWork with the managers to ensure all the offshore delivery members follow the guidelines and provide quality service.\nProvide mentorship to project managers and team members and ensure their growth within Opteamix.\nContinuously engage with the employee well-being team to proactively address team members concern and minimize attrition.\nEnsure that all the team members are compliant with the process pertaining to performance management, time sheets, hybrid working and office timings\nRevenue projections compliance\nMinimize revenue loss through\nMaximum per person hour utilization\nOptimized shadow management while encouraging managers to include junior and freshers in the engagement\nCollaborate closely with recruitment, client and program managers to prevent position loss and time lost in filling positions.\nWork with finance and track the revenue against projections and work with relevant stakeholders to identify options for reducing the variance\nAdherence to the agreed-upon norms/SLAs, managing the SOWs with the Program Manager, and seamless resource onboarding.\nRelationship Management\nRelationship management with client representatives and ensuring continuous growth through operational efficiency, effective communication.\nRelationship Management with other stakeholders, client business sponsors and PMs, to ensure client delight with our existing delivery.\nPeriodic meetings with all relevant client stakeholders.\nStrategic programs\nWork with Opteamix leadership and sales team to present our capabilities to client leaders and identify new opportunities in Artificial Intelligence and other Opteamix services\nSupport the initiation of new assignments and identify relevant leaders at Opteamix to lead such initiatives.\nLead the technical centers of excellence and practices at Opteamix to ensure continuous improvement in the organization capability and also develop new competence.\nOperations\nDefining /improvising, owning, and authoritatively managing all required Opteamix internal processes / functions to support client engagement, including:\nHaving dialogues with internal staff and clients for improvements using data.\nProviding clear Resource Requests to recruitment team.\nSOWs\nInitiation, coordination, review and submission to clients along with Sales Team\nClient onboarding coordination of new project teams\nTimesheet\nEnsure that timesheets are submitted on-time and Timely Approvals from client managers.\n\nQualifications\nCandidates must have a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / information science or a related field.\nThe candidate must have 12 Plus years of experience in IT and must have played a leadership role in delivery management for the past 3+ years, managing a team of at least 30 people.\nThis role requires strong Technical, Project, Program Management and Business Analysis skills with large teams.\nCandidates must have extensive experience in managing clients and managing huge teams at enterprise level.\nCandidates should possess an excellent knowledge of technology and be familiar with the principles and best practices related to all software development activities.\nCandidate must be familiar with latest technology trends pertaining to AI\nExcellent presentation, communication, and writing skills are
