SUMMARY
The Assembler's main responsibility is to carry out the assembly activities required for project manufacturing while contributing to quality and continuous improvement within the department.
TASKS
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of projects based on available work instructions and plans;
- Perform light mechanical machining (fitting and fabrication of parts), as well as the manufacturing and installation of electrical wiring;
- Ensure the quality of the assembly in compliance with established standards;
- Rigorously document task completion;
- Carry out tasks requiring frequent movement around the shop floor, working in various postures (standing, crouching or on the ground), and handling heavy loads;
- Actively participate in the department's continuous improvement initiatives;
- Perform any other related tasks to support project operations.
