Operating under the\nsupervision of the Production Manager / Supervisor, the trainee will assemble\nmechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to client specifications, carry out\nfactory and site acceptance testing and maintain validation documentation\nKey Responsibilities & Duties\n1. Equipment Assembly & Mechanical Fabrication\n Assemble mechanical parts, electrical socket boxes, control panels, and\npneumatic components according to technical specifications and client\ntimelines.\n Perform adjustments, tuning, drilling, tapping, filing, and cutting of assembly\ncomponents as required.\n Ensure strict compliance with electrical/mechanical assembly plans, industry\nguidelines, and company quality standards.\n2. Wiring, Electrical & System Configuration\n Perform electrical connections, wiring of socket/control boxes, soldering, and\ncrimping of connectors.\n Conduct basic component set ups by reading the component manuals and\nprepare hard drives with required operating systems.\n Set Up and Configure installed system hardware, including printers, code\nscanners, sensors, and controllers.\n Accurately read and follow work procedures and engineering schematics.\n3.
