This role acts as the operational quality gatekeeper from material receipt through production and final customer delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIncoming Goods Quality Verification:\nEnsure incoming inspection requirements are defined and followed.\n\nVerify that Warehouse / Logistics has completed receiving checks correctly.\n\nCheck that received materials match purchase orders, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and delivery documents where required.\n\nVerify inspection records, labels, serial numbers, batch numbers, and traceability information.\n\nRelease accepted materials for inventory or production use.\n\nBlock or quarantine non-conforming materials where required.\n\nSupport creation of NCRs for rejected or questionable materials.\n\nProduction Quality Control Support:\nEnsure production quality checks are in place for assemblies and project builds.\n\nVerify that Production has completed required checks and test steps.\n\nReview production records, assembly checklists, test results, serial numbers, and traceability.\n\nCheck that products are built according to drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and quality requirements.\n\nEscalate issues where production records are incomplete, unclear, or not compliant.\n\nSupport Production and Engineering in resolving quality issues.\n\nFAT and Final Quality Sign-off:\nVerify that FAT/testing has been completed by Production or the responsible technical team.\n\nReview FAT results, inspection records, test reports, certificates, labels, serial numbers, and project documentation.\n\nConfirm that all required quality documents are complete before shipment.\n\nEnsure open issues, deviations, or NCRs are resolved or formally accepted before release.\n\nProvide final QC sign-off for product/project release after FAT.\n\nEnsure the product is released only when quality, documentation, and traceability requirements are met\n\nNon-Conformance and Quarantine Control:\nIdentify and report non-conforming materials, assemblies, or documentation gaps.\n\nSupport NCR creation and follow-up.\n\nEnsure rejected or blocked materials are clearly labelled and physically controlled.\n\nSupport root cause investigation with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, Procurement, or suppliers.\n\nTrack corrective actions where needed.\n\nQuality Records and Traceability:\nMaintain accurate quality records for incoming goods, production checks, FAT, and final release.\n\nEnsure correct serial numbers, batch numbers, project references, and product labels are recorded.\n\nSupport ERP updates related to Background:\nMBO / technical vocational education or equivalent practical experience -5 Years of experience.\n\nExperience in quality control, production, warehouse, assembly, logistics, or technical manufacturing.\n\nAble to read basic technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, checklists, and test records.\n\nAccurate and structured with documentation.\n\nComfortable working hands-on with technical products, parts, and assemblies.\n\nAble to work with Warehouse, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with mechanical assemblies, junction boxes, enclosures, cables, connectors, fibre optic components, sensors, or technical equipment.\n\nExperience with incoming goods, production quality, FAT support, final inspection, release documentation, or NCR handling.\n\nExperience with ERP systems, barcode scanning, inspection forms, quality records, or traceability.\n\nExperience with underwater, marine, offshore, subsea, industrial, or harsh-environment products is a
