You will join a growing scale-up environment where processes are still evolving, and where your experience can directly contribute to how we mature our project management approach.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.\n\nAct as the main point of contact for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.\n\nManage projects related to offshore, subsea or marine operations, such as subsea cable installation, geotechnical monitoring, marine surveys or similar activities.\n\nCoordinate closely with R&D, engineering, production, commercial and other internal teams to ensure successful project execution.\n\nTranslate technical requirements into clear project deliverables, timelines and actions.\n\nIdentify project risks early and implement mitigation plans to protect delivery, quality and customer expectations.\n\nMonitor project progress, budget, planning, scope and key milestones.\n\nSupport bid development, technical discussions and customer relationship management where needed.\n\nContribute to improving project management processes, tools and ways of working in a scaling organization.\n\nCapture lessons learned, share knowledge and support others in building strong project delivery practices.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nWork on products that are deployed in real-world, high-impact environments, not just concepts or internal tools\n\nOperate in a fast-growing, international scale-up where you can truly influence how projects are run.\n\nRegular team activities and shared lunches throughout the week.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for:\nMSc degree in Engineering, Physics, Offshore Engineering, Marine Technology or another relevant technical discipline.\n\nAround 5-8 years of relevant project management experience in a technical environment.\n\nExperience with offshore, subsea or marine-related projects, such as cable laying, geotechnical surveys, marine operations or similar.\n\nStrong planning, budgeting, risk management and project execution skills.\n\nExperience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers, partners and internal teams.\n\nTechnical affinity and the ability to understand complex technologies and translate them into practical project deliverables.\n\nComfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment where priorities can shift and processes are still being developed.\n\nFluent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.\n\nYou'll be working with clients in the defense and security sectors, obtaining a Certificate of No Objection issued by the AIVD (Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) is mandatory.
