Your role is therefore focused on validating the complete system and ensuring that critical customer workflows work reliably before release.\nYou work closely with Product, Systems Engineering, Software, Embedded, Hardware, Algorithms, Operations, Manufacturing, and other IVVQ engineers.\nThis is a senior hands-on individual contributor role, combining system-level thinking, test design, technical investigation, and practical validation.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nBSc or MSc in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems, Physics, or a related technical discipline.\n\n7+ years of relevant experience in system testing, verification & validation, integration testing, or product qualification.\n\nExperience validating complex multidisciplinary products combining hardware and software.\n\nStrong understanding of system-level test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements verification, and product qualification.\n\nExperience translating requirements and customer use cases into practical validation approaches.\n\nExperience designing system test setups and representative test environments.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across subsystem boundaries.\n\nWorking knowledge of Linux and networking.\n\nExperience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering workflows.\n\nExperience with requirements traceability and verification evidence.\n\nStrong communication skills in English and a collaborative working style.\n\nEligible for required EU/NATO/security screening or clearance, where applicable.\n\nNice to have\nPython experience for test automation, analysis, or tooling.\n\nHardware-in-the-Loop or automated system-level testing experience.\n\nExperience with Edge systems, Docker, or cloud-connected products.\n\nExperience with environmental, reliability, lifetime, or mechanical testing.\n\nExperience with industrial sensing, condition monitoring, photonics, energy systems, or similar technologies.\n\nExperience with FAT, commissioning, or field validation.\n\nExperience with requirements-management tools such as
