The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative payment solutions by ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into functional solutions.\n\nIf you have a passion for process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality business solutions in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements. \n\n Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories. \n\n Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and solution requirements. \n\n Document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures. \n\n Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle. \n\n Support project planning, backlog grooming, and prioritisation within the PMO. \n\n Manage changes to business requirements and ensure documentation remains current. \n\n Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations. \n\n Identify opportunities to improve business processes and analysis methodologies. \n\n Produce clear, accurate, and professional documentation for internal and external stakeholders. \n\n Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. \n\n Perform additional business analysis and project-related duties as required. \n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nMinimum Requirements\n\n Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.\n\n 3+ years' work experience as a Business Analyst within a financial services or fintech environment.\n\n Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including:\n\n Digital payments\n\n Retail payment systems\n\n Banking processes\n\n Card schemes\n\n EFT\n\n Settlement\n\n Acquiring\n\n Payment processing\n\n Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.\n\n Strong understanding of business process modelling and workflow documentation.\n\n Experience supporting Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.\n\n Proficient in:\n\n Microsoft Office Suite\n\n Jira\n\n Confluence\n\n Draw.io\n\n Microsoft Visio\n\n Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\n\n Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\n Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.\n\n Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.\n\nPackage & Remuneration\nR45,000.00 -
