Άρτας.\n\nΚαθήκοντα:\n\nΤήρηση αρχείων αποδόσεων παραγωγής καθημερινά και μηνιαίες αναφορές κλεισίματος.\n\nΈκδοση CMR εξαγωγών και συνοδευτικών εγγράφων.\n\nΔιαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και αλληλογραφίας (ηλεκτρονικής και έντυπης).\n\nΔημιουργία εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος και έγκριση αδειών εργαζομένων φυλακίου, καθαριστριών και καντίνας.\n\nΛοιπές αρμοδιότητες που αφορούν το προσωπικό, όπως οργάνωση εξοπλισμού, προμήθεια ρουχισμού, επικοινωνία με Τεχνικό Ασφαλείας και Ιατρό Εργασίας.\n\nΑπαραίτητα προσόντα:\n\nΠτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή αντίστοιχης σχολής.\n\nΠροϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση.\n\nΆριστη γνώση Microsoft Office.\n\nΚαλή γνώση αγγλικών σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο.\n\nΟργανωτικές Δεξιότητες.\n\nΥπευθυνότητα, σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.\n\nΙκανότητα επικοινωνίας και ομαδικότητα.\n\nΠαρέχονται:\n\nΣταθερό περιβάλλον εργασίας.\n\nΟμαδική ασφάλιση.\n\nΈκπτωση σε supermarket\n\nΕκπαίδευση.\n\nΠροοπτικές εξέλιξης.\n\nΓίνε
