As a Physician Services Billing Coordinator, you'll manage key aspects of the billing and reimbursement process across Medicare, Medicaid, third-party payers, and private-pay accounts. From preparing and submitting claims to responding to payer inquiries, you'll help ensure services are billed appropriately while maintaining compliance with payer requirements and organizational procedures.\nThis role is ideal for a detail-oriented billing professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with financial data, and seeing claims through from submission to resolution. You'll monitor claim status, investigate and rebill rejected or past-due claims, prepare weekly reports, assist with account reviews, and communicate with payer sources and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
