The role involves close collaboration with senior colleagues across a broad range of clients and projects, offering opportunities to build and deepen practical expertise in liability risks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide insurance advisory services for Casualty risks, including General Liability, Public & Products Liability, Employers’ Liability and Professional Indemnity, where applicable.\nAnalyze clients’ operations, contractual obligations and liability exposures to support the design of appropriate insurance structures and tailored liability programs aligned with their risk profiles and industry requirements.\nPrepare underwriting submissions and technical presentations for insurance markets, and manage a portfolio of liability-focused accounts, supporting renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy endorsements.\nProvide technical support to Key Account Managers and act as a point of contact for clients on liability insurance matters, including claims procedures, policy responses and coverage triggers.\nSupport claims handling activities related to liability losses, coordinating with insurers, lawyers and loss adjusters, as required.\nMonitor legal and regulatory developments affecting liability risks, as well as Casualty insurance market developments, underwriting trends and relevant legal precedents.\nEnsure accurate data capture in the CRM system to support reporting and performance analysis.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Insurance, Law, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.\n5 years of experience in Casualty insurance brokerage or underwriting.\nStrong understanding of liability insurance products, claims dynamics and liability risk exposures.\nExperience in negotiating liability insurance placements with insurance markets.\nFluency in English.\nStrong analytical, communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, legal and technical stakeholders.\nWhat the company offers:\nA comprehensive and attractive compensation and benefits package.\nThe opportunity to develop expertise in Casualty insurance within an established insurance brokerage.\nA collaborative working environment that supports professional development and continuous learning.\nAbout Optimal\nSince 2005, Optimal has provided unparalleled, bespoke HR services to large organizations and SMEs operating in the EMEA region.
