You will design, build, and deploy ML/LLM-based solutions that power intelligent features across our products, including chatbots, semantic search, document understanding, and generative content applications.\n\nExperience Required :\n\n- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning development\n\n- At least 2 or more years of specific experience working with NLP and/or LLM-based systems\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and fine-tune NLP models for tasks such as text classification, NER, summarization, and question-answering\n\n- Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines\n\n- Develop and maintain vector search/embedding-based retrieval systems\n\n- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML/LLM capabilities into production applications\n\n- Evaluate and benchmark model performance (accuracy, latency, cost, hallucination rate)\n\n- Deploy and monitor models in production environments\n\n- Stay current with the latest research and tools in NLP and Generative AI, and evaluate their applicability to business use cases\n\nRequired Skills :\n\nProgramming & Core Technical :\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python\n\n- Experience with SQL for data querying\n\n- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming\n\nNLP & LLM Specific :\n\n- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers\n\n- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Llama, Mistral, etc.) via APIs or self-hosted deployment\n\n- Prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques\n\n- Experience fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) or training custom NLP models\n\n- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and implementation\n\n- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, or similar)\n\n- Text embeddings and semantic search\n\n- Tokenization, text preprocessing, and language model evaluation metrics\n\nML/DL Frameworks & Libraries :\n\n- PyTorch and/or TensorFlow\n\n- Scikit-learn\n\n- Pandas, NumPy\n\n- LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks\n\nML Fundamentals :\n\n- Supervised/unsupervised learning, classification, clustering\n\n- Model evaluation and validation techniques\n\n- Feature engineering\n\n- Understanding of overfitting, bias-variance tradeoff, and regularization\n\nMLOps & Deployment :\n\n- Experience deploying models via REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask)\n\n- Containerization with Docker\n\n- Cloud platforms -
