We aspire to aid the growth of our company by welcoming the most qualified and deserving candidates aboard. \nJob Summary:\nThis position will help implement and maintain the day-to-day clinical laboratory operations, as assigned, and in accordance with applicable CLIA regulations, best practices, HIPAA, PHI, and Standard Operating Procedures. This position will be in the lab conducting testing including quality control, troubleshooting instrumentation and performing patient sample analysis. Essential to the success of this position is Education & Training: Associate or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science, bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Biology, and/or completion of accredited MLT, MT, or MLS program.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProcesses and prepares patient samples as required\nDemonstrates an understanding of the computer systems used in the laboratory\nTracks and locates missing specimens\nParticipates in detecting and documenting occurrences that deviate from defined procedures\nPerforms miscellaneous support duties as defined by the department\nActive in training and competency of laboratory personnel\nQualifications: \nAssociate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent\n1-3 years of clinical lab experience preferred\nASCP or AMT certification preferred\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment\nProficient with computers;
