a varied and fast-paced working environment.\nWith immediate starts available and a straightforward onboarding process, successful drivers can get on the road quickly.\nWhat’s on offer:\nRate of Pay:\n06:00-14:00: £20.03 per hour\n14:00-22:00: £21.53 per hour\n22:00-06:00: £23.03 per hour\nNormal working week: 48 hours.\nShift Pattern: Any 5 days from 7\n Shift duration: 9.5 hours, including a 30-minute unpaid break.\nStaff parking.\nWeekly pay (Every Friday).\nTemp to Perm (performance-based).\nAvailability: Immediate starts for suitable candidates.\nKey Duties:\nTransporting stock in secure roll cages.\nDelivering a mixture of ambient, chilled and frozen products.\nEnsuring all goods are transported and delivered safely and efficiently.\nCarrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.\nFollowing all road transport legislation, Working Time Directive requirements and drivers' hours regulations.\nMaintaining a professional and courteous approach when dealing with store colleagues.\nCompleting all relevant delivery paperwork and following site procedures.\nDelivery Routes - Predominantly Local and Regional:\nOne of the key benefits of this opportunity is the delivery network, with the majority of stores located relatively close to the depot.\n60% of stores are located within 50 miles of the depot.\n90% of stores are located within 100 miles of the depot.\nRequirements:\nA valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence.\nA valid Driver CPC qualification.\nA valid Digital Tachograph Card.\nA good understanding of drivers' hours and road transport legislation.\nA safety-first approach to driving and vehicle operations.\nGood communication skills and a professional attitude.\nThe ability to work independently and manage deliveries efficiently.\nA flexible approach to working days and shift patterns.\nImmediate Starts and Onboarding:\nDrivers can start immediately at SWROC, subject to successfully completing the required onboarding checks.\nThe onboarding process includes:\nDriver assessment.\nDrug and alcohol (D&A) screening.\nCompletion of any necessary site induction and compliance checks.\nSuitable drivers who
