Average of 40 hours per week.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProviding an efficient marshalling service to arriving aircraft.\nPerforming aircraft pushback and towing including manoeuvring aircraft into and out of hangars.\nUndertaking a variety of manual handling activities including lifting and manoeuvring heavy objects and equipment in accordance with the safe principles of manual handling.\nCarrying out aircraft refuelling and aviation fuel quality control activities.\nSafely and efficiently servicing aircraft toilets and water supplies.\nPerforming baggage handling, ensuring the safe loading, and unloading of customer luggage which may include large and oversized items.\nCarrying out aircraft de-icing (including working at heights) and de-icing quality control activities.\nAssisting where needed in conditions of adverse weather and during emergency responses.\nProviding special assistance to passengers and live animals.\nProviding support and assistance to crew and our Customer Services team where reasonably required.\nClearly and concisely communicating through radio and telecommunication systems, computer devices and electronic reporting systems.\nCarrying out pre-use equipment inspections.\nCleaning, inspecting, refuelling and assisting in the maintenance of Ground Service Equipment (GSE).\nStaying up to date with and completing role related or company-wide theoretical and practical training.\nConsistently demonstrate and encourage others to adhere to the company values of Proud, Passionate, Ambition and Together.\nContribute to ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.\nEvidence of Right to Work in the UK.\nFull 5-year employment/educational history required (with no unaccounted-for gaps).\nAble to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) certificate to the required security clearance level for this role. \nHold a full valid UK Driving License or equivalent.\nFlexible in approach and able to work across a variety of shift patterns (including public holidays and weekends).\nBe able to lift passengers' bags and oversize items in excess of 20kg.\nMust be able to meet the requirements to obtain an Airside Driving Permit.\nDiligent in following policies and procedures.\nLiteracy and numeracy skills with the ability to interpret mathematical information and perform calculations.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nCompetent user of IT.\nPro-active, can-do attitude, with the ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.\nHas good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues, crew and customers.\nCan remain calm, professional and adaptable in a busy operational environment.\nDesirable:\nPrevious experience of working around aircraft, ideally in a
