project planning, administration, and coordination activities.\nMaintain project schedules, trackers, and related documentation.\nCoordinate learner, facilitator, and venue arrangements.\nFollow up on project deliverables and outstanding actions.\nMaintain learner records, attendance registers, and supporting documentation.\nAssist with ensuring project and compliance documentation is complete and submitted on time.\nCommunicate with learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders regarding project-related activities.\nUpdate project reports and maintain accurate project information.\nAssist with project monitoring, reporting, and administrative activities.\nSupport the Project Manager with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.\nParticipate in training and development
