This opportunity will also entail completing an accredited qualification over the period of 12 months.\nREQUIREMENTS\nGrade 12.\nDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nMust not have previously participated in an internship programme.\n\nDUTIES\nCapture, update and maintain student and prospective student information on internal systems.\nMaintain sales trackers, spreadsheets and shared folders.\nAssist with updating lead statuses and ensuring information is accurately recorded.\nIdentify missing or incorrect information and escalate discrepancies where required.\nAssist with compiling daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.\nUpdate sales performance trackers and administrative records.\nFile, organise and maintain sales-related documentation and records.\nAssist with preparing spreadsheets and verifying data accuracy.\nProvide administrative support to the Sales Team and Sales Manager.\nAssist with sales-related documentation, follow-up lists and outstanding administrative tasks.\nSupport the team with email correspondence, data requests and internal queries.\nLiaise with relevant departments to obtain information and support.\nFollow established procedures and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.\nAssist
