available:\nAfrikaans Huistaal & Afrikaans Eerste Addisionele Taal (X3)\nEnglish Home Language & English First Additional Language (X3)\nLife Sciences (X2)\nEngineering Graphics and Design\nBusiness Studies\nGeography\nComputer Application Technology (X2)\nLife Orientation & Physical Activity (X4)\nMathematical Literacy\n REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor of Education (BEd) Degree or PGCE in related field.\n5+ years teaching experience in the FET Phase, with a minimum of 3 years teaching Grade 12 (Grade 12 experience only applicable to FET positions).\nSACE registered.\nExtensive subject knowledge and good teaching and assessment skills.\nExperience with online teaching (will be advantageous).\nComputer literacy (essential): MS suite, Google Chrome.\nFluent in Afrikaans and English.\nDUTIES\nDeliver engaging lessons aligned with the CAPS curriculum.\nPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive online lessons.\nMonitor learner progress and provide interventions where needed.\nConduct extra classes, masterclasses, and virtual sessions with learners and guardians.\nMark assessments and track learner performance.\nMark and moderate SBA components, analyze learner performance trends, and provide constructive feedback.\nParticipate in the creation and delivery of formal assessments and subject-related sessions.\nPromote learner well-being and provide appropriate educational guidance.\nManage daily admin, including attendance, marks, and parent communication.\nProvide reports and feedback on learner progress.\nParticipate in staff meetings and curriculum planning.\nEnsure efficient communication with learners, parents, and internal teams.\nResearch and implement innovative teaching strategies and technologies.\nEngage in continuous professional
