You’ll own our MarTech stack, digital acquisition channels and lifecycle automation, with the freedom to experiment, optimize and scale (locally and internationally).\nWhy join Optimile & Mobiflow?\nHigh ownership & impact - your work directly fuels our growth.\nFlexible work setup, with 50% remote working.\nAn ambitious, international environment focused on innovation and quality.\nPlenty of room to experiment, learn and grow your career.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nGrowth & Demand Generation\nOptimize the full funnel through continuous testing, from ads to landing pages and conversion flows.\nManage and scale performance marketing campaigns (SEA, social, review platforms) with a strong focus on lead quality and ROI.\nPartner with the Head of Marketing to execute our international go-to-market strategy.\nMarketing Operations & Tech Stack\nTake ownership of our MarTech architecture and continuously improve it.\nDesign smart lead management flows: scoring, routing and seamless handover from Marketing to Sales.\nOwn our websites: content updates, landing pages, tracking setup and conversion optimization.\nLifecycle & Marketing Automation\nExecute product updates, newsletters and critical customer communications.\nMaintain high data quality through segmentation, enrichment and compliance.\nBuild automated nurture and drip campaigns tailored to persona and buying stage.\nData, Analytics & Insights\nBuild and maintain clear performance dashboards, our single source of truth across channels and countries.\nAnalyze attribution to understand which touchpoints truly drive revenue and growth.\nWho you are\nYou have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on automation and demand generation.\nYou’re highly skilled in marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and deeply understand CRM logic.\nYou’re tech-savvy, with a keen interest in AI, automation and new technologies.\nYou’re a strategic thinker who can connect day-to-day execution with long-term business objectives.\nYou’re comfortable with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, APIs and tools like Zapier.\nYou’re analytical, curious and always looking for the “why” behind the numbers.\nYou’re execution-driven and love building scalable systems from the ground up.\nSounds like your next challenge?
