Apex Developer | Aman

Optimiza is in search of a talented Apex Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, enabling seamless business processes and enhancing user experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following Salesforce best practices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure high quality and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to foster growth and improve code quality.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
• Assist in the deployment of applications and features across different environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce.
• Proficient in Salesforce configurations and customization, including Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Developer Console, VS Code, or others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
