tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing user experience.\nExecute digital lead-generation campaigns for Optimiza’s software products, technology solutions, and services in alignment with established marketing objectives and target markets.\nCoordinate and manage social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram, to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and market positioning.\nCoordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing activities to engage target audiences and support the sales pipeline.\nConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and digital performance assessments to support campaign planning and identify opportunities for improvement.\nAssist in optimizing website content, landing pages, and calls to action to improve user experience, engagement, and lead conversion rates.\nTrack, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, campaign ROI, and social media performance.\nUtilize AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital technologies to support campaign execution, content optimization, audience targeting, reporting, and marketing efficiency.\nCoordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the timely execution of digital marketing activities aligned with business priorities and lead-generation objectives.\nMonitor digital marketing budgets and campaign spending, maintain accurate records, and support the efficient allocation of resources.\nEnsure consistency in Optimiza’s brand messaging and corporate identity across digital channels and marketing touchpoints.\nMonitor digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, AI-driven search developments, advertising platforms, and industry best practices, recommending relevant improvements to ongoing campaigns.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.\n0-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.\nExperience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT, software, technology, or professional
