functional judgment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead large-scale Oracle ERP programs involving multiple entities, locations, workstreams, vendors, and complex business requirements.\nTranslate contracts, proposals, statements of work, and business requirements into detailed execution plans, work packages, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria.\nMaintain traceability between contracted scope, approved requirements, assigned tasks, delivered solutions, test results, and client acceptance.\nApply hands-on Oracle ERP experience to challenge solution designs, assess delivery estimates, identify gaps, and guide teams toward practical solutions.\nLead functional and technical track leaders, assigning clear responsibilities and holding teams accountable for delivery commitments and quality.\nManage third-party vendors and subcontractors, including scope alignment, delivery plans, dependencies, deliverable reviews, performance, and escalations.\nEstablish an integrated program plan covering internal teams, client activities, and third-party commitments.\nValidate progress against completed deliverables and acceptance evidence, identify slippage early, and implement corrective actions.\nTake ownership of troubled projects by assessing root causes, establishing recovery plans, and driving execution against measurable targets.\nGovern cross-functional business processes and resolve gaps between workstreams, systems, and organizational responsibilities.\nOversee configuration, development, interfaces, data migration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.\nEnsure realistic go-live decisions through readiness assessments, reconciliations, business acceptance, cutover rehearsals, and support preparation.\nControl scope changes, assess their impact on cost and timelines, and secure approvals before additional work is committed.\nManage project budgets, resource allocation, capacity, utilization, and delivery profitability.\nLead client delivery meetings and steering committee discussions, presenting clear decisions, risks, dependencies, and required actions.\nCoordinate with PMO to maintain reliable plans, risk and issue registers, decision logs, and executive reporting.\nOversee hypercare and transition to support, ensuring critical issues are resolved and contractual service obligations are met.\nSupport presales by validating delivery feasibility, scope assumptions, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and third-party dependencies.\nDevelop team capability through coaching, knowledge transfer, performance feedback, and consistent delivery standards\nRequirements\nMinimum 15 years of relevant ERP experience, including substantial hands-on Oracle implementation experience before progressing into delivery leadership.\nProven experience leading large-scale, multi-entity Oracle ERP programs from planning through go-live and stabilization.\nStrong implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, with practical depth in one or more functional or technical tracks.\nDemonstrated ability to manage cross-functional delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and technical workstreams.\nProven experience managing third-party vendors, subcontractors, and delivery dependencies within a shared program.\nStrong experience translating contractual scope into execution plans and maintaining control over requirements, deliverables, and acceptance.\nDemonstrated success recovering delayed or underperforming projects and resolving complex delivery issues.\nExperience managing project financials, commercial commitments, resource planning, and change requests.\nExperience working within a system integrator or consulting organization and managing senior client stakeholders.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nPMP certification is preferred.\nRelevant Oracle
